I went to the ENT because my voice has been hurting for a few days now. The nurses are always so kind and friendly, which makes me feel good. The doctor is also very nice and explains things in a way that's easy to understand, which I really appreciate.
The director is very rude. When patients speak, they don't listen and seem to prioritize moving quickly. Personally, I feel like they cross the line. I don't know how they treat other patients, but I hope they don't treat others like that. I probably won't go back again, and I'm writing this review
365 ENT has a long wait, but it's worth it because they provide great care. If you're a resident of Beojeong-dong, this is a well-known clinic that everyone has been to at least once. They especially excel in treating vertigo, and I received significant help from them.
365 ENT Hospital is really well-known. When I have a cold or something, it's the go-to place. I also go there if my positional vertigo comes back. It's been our neighborhood's reliable hospital for a long time.
In the neighborhood, 365 ENT is a source of pride and reassurance. I've been a regular at this hospital for 10 years for my ear disease.
