Before starting the procedure, the nurse guided me after applying the numbing cream; I don’t know her name, but I felt very comfortable thanks to her. I was a bit nervous since it was my first time, and although it hurt a little, she helped me stay calm and reassured me that it wouldn’t be that bad. She also communicated well with the doctor about which areas I wanted to be treated and where I needed more care. The doctor proceeded quickly since I was being brave, and it was over in less than 10 minutes. I recovered quickly, and I am extremely satisfied with my skin now ^^

The reception desk is really friendly, and the wait is not long at all, so everything goes smoothly. There are no excessive consultations or pressures to purchase additional services. I come here for basic soothing treatments when I occasionally have issues with hair removal, and it's great!

The person who operated the picotoning machine and the one who applied the pack were not only beautiful but also very friendly. Haha! I received the treatment at an event price, and my skin feels fresh, which made me happy! 😊
