I visited because I heard a noise from my ear with earwax rattling around. It was hard to resolve it myself, so I went in. The earwax was so hard that I couldn't just take it out, so they melted it with medication and then removed it with a suction device. I suffered for a few days for no reason.

The doctor is very thorough during the examination, and all the staff are friendly.
