- There was only one doctor, Dr. Kim Jeong-soo, and two nurses at the reception who were very kind and helpful! Everyone was nice and I had a good experience~ With a water cooler and magazines available, it seems like there was a bit of a wait since there's only one ENT doctor in the neighborhood.
I have been attending the Chojidong ENT clinic for a month, and I've moved to Dr. Kim Jung-soo's ENT clinic and I'm showing quick recovery, for which I am very grateful to the doctor. My son also caught the flu and he has improved a lot, so I am thankful for that as well.
I was diagnosed with sinusitis, but it didn't improve even after taking medication. When I visited another hospital, I was found to have laryngopharyngeal reflux. It makes me lose trust in this place when I was diagnosed with sinusitis every time I went to the hospital.
My tinnitus got worse, so I went in for an exam and I've felt a lot better since. I'm going to keep up with the treatment. I would definitely come back for a follow-up.
The doctor was kind and thorough, which I appreciated.
