Dr. Joo Ho-bum at the ENT is extremely kind and attentive, and he puts in his best effort during consultations. There’s always a long line of visitors starting early in the morning; it's very crowded. I've been receiving treatment here for 4 years now.
There's so much waiting time for the appointment that it's hard to get seen, but the doctor was really thorough during the exam, so I felt much better after the visit.
The consultant was kind and the hospital is clean.
The accessibility is great, and the hospital is clean and nice.
The doctor and the nurses were all friendly, and I had a comfortable appointment.
