I had severe pain in my right elbow, so I went for a consultation today. Since it's tennis elbow, I’ll need treatment for a while, but everyone at the hospital was friendly, so I'm satisfied. After today's treatment, my pain has improved a bit.
I twisted my ankle and I'm receiving physical therapy. I've been getting treatment for about a week now and I've already improved a lot. The doctor said that once you twist your ankle, there's a high chance it can become a chronic issue, so I need to be careful and continue with the physical therapy
