제가 일주일 정도 갑자기 목 주변의 뻐근하고 계속 아팠어요.특히 물건을 들 때 힘이 빠지고 손가락 감각이 둔해졌어요.그리고 가끔씩 두통과 함께 어지럼증이 나타났어요. 요즘 스마트폰과 컴퓨터 앞에서 보내는 시간이 늘어나서 그냥 단순한 통증이라고 생가했는데요. 그런데 며칠 동안 계속 아파서 동료들에게 물어봤는데 이립마취통증의학과의원으로 치료받으러 가라고 추천했어요. 의사선생님이 친절하게 진료해주시고 설명도 자세히 해주셨어요. 선생님이 목 디스크 통증이라고 말씀해주셨어요.간호사분이나 의사쌤도 친절하지만 물리치료 하시는분은 참 잘해주셨는
